The important thing is that the cloth you use to clean the wood is soft, like microfibre, and is wrung out well because the wood does not like too much humidity.

For an optimal result, the cloth should be passed over the surface in the direction of the wood grain. If the wood is lacquered, it is best to make circular movements.

In extreme cases of dirt and grease, you can use bicarbonate diluted in a little water. The baking soda should be rubbed on the surface and rinsed thoroughly.
